Project Manager – GDLS-A Programs
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team in Mawson Lakes.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the GDLS-A Program Manager to:
- Plan, budget and schedule work packages.
- Administer, coordinate and submit responses and reports to the Commonwealth and Commercial customers as required.
- Lead all Contract Change Proposals (CCP) and Survey and Quote (S&Q) variation activities, including Programs responsibilities.
- Administer, coordinate and compile bid and tender responses in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, and specific contract requirements.
- Meet all Project Management obligations with respect to the processing of Spare Parts Request for Quotes (RFQs) to Commonwealth and Commercial customers.
- Ensure milestones are achieved.
In addition, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of bids and tenders.
- Utilise discipline related knowledge to provide informed customer service, advice and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain filing and retrieval system for documentation and meeting minutes.
- Present to Leadership and Customers status of deliverables and metrics where required.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Commerce.
- Maintain a logical approach in the analysis of data.
- Ability to collaborate with the Commonwealth, suppliers and internal team members.
- Good understanding of Costing and Finance Principles
- Ability to think critically and methodically, and provide solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate business solutions.
To be successful for this role, applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian government security clearance.
